Nyctra Subscription Terms
Subscription summary: Nyctra subscriptions are purchased and managed through the app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
1. Scope
These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase, renew, restore, or use a paid Nyctra plan. They form part of the Nyctra Terms of Use. The product name, included features, billing period, price, currency, taxes, trial or introductory offer, and regional availability shown by the app store at the time of purchase control your transaction.
2. Store-only purchases
Nyctra subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another system store supported by the current app version. We do not ask you to pay by transfer, QR code, private message, or another external method to unlock in-app subscription features. Payment credentials and billing details are processed by the store under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Subscription periods and automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions provide access for the period displayed by the store. Unless cancelled, an auto-renewable subscription renews for another period at the price presented by the store, subject to any notice and consent required for price changes.
For Apple purchases, payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Apple account and regional rules control the final timing.
For Google Play and other stores, the renewal deadline and charge timing shown in the store's subscription management interface apply.
4. Managing or cancelling a subscription
You can manage or cancel renewal from the subscription settings of the app-store account used to purchase Nyctra. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally end access already paid for before the current billing period expires, unless the store states otherwise. Uninstalling Nyctra, clearing local data, or no longer using the app does not cancel the subscription.
5. Restoring purchases
If you reinstall Nyctra, change devices, or do not see an active entitlement, use Restore Purchases in the membership screen while signed in to the same app-store account used for the original purchase. Restoration depends on the store returning a valid purchase record and on successful purchase confirmation. If restoration still fails, contact support with the product name, purchase time, platform, and order status, after removing sensitive payment information.
6. Refunds and billing disputes
Refund requests, eligibility, review, and payment reversal are handled by the app store that processed the transaction. We cannot bypass the store's refund rules or guarantee a refund outcome. Use the store's official purchase-history or refund channel. If the store confirms a purchase but paid access is not reflected in Nyctra, first restore purchases and then contact support@nvper.com.
7. Paid features and service boundaries
Paid plans may include higher limits or access to features such as translation, reports, monitoring tools, saved views, geofences, and an ad-free experience, as shown in the current app. Feature availability can vary by platform, version, region, source availability, and technical capability. Paid access does not guarantee that third-party data, maps, notifications, translation, or automated analysis will always be available or error-free.
8. Changes to plans or prices
We may change future plan features or prices. Any price change, renewal notice, consent requirement, or effective date is handled according to applicable law and app-store rules. Changes do not authorize us to charge outside the store. If a paid feature is materially changed during an active period, mandatory consumer and platform protections continue to apply.
9. Relationship to other terms
Your use of Nyctra is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For apps obtained through Apple, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies. A mandatory store or consumer-protection rule controls where it conflicts with these Subscription Terms.
